Many schemes have been started by the government for the poor people in our country, so that they can be made strong. In our country, it becomes very difficult for the economically weak people to make a living. That is why various schemes have been started by the government for such persons. In the state of Rajasthan also, registration has been started on behalf of Rajasthan Housing Board under “4 housing schemes”.

Let us tell you that under the “4 housing schemes” of the Rajasthan Housing Board, multi-stores houses will be built and people from economically weaker sections will be given these houses. Now this housing will be provided to the economically weak people in the state of Rajasthan at very low rates so that they can have their own house.

2668 Multi-Stores houses to be built under 4 housing schemes:

The process of registration under four housing schemes of Rajasthan Housing Board has been started from 1st September. Now interested candidates can register under all these schemes. A total of 2668 multi-stores houses will be built under these four schemes. Under the Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana, only for the economically weak people, houses will be built and they will be provided these houses at a very low cost.

Registration Started For Studio apartments  2021:

Registration has also started for the studio apartments of Sector 8 Sector 26, Aravali Vihar, Bhiwadi and Pratap Nagar of Pratap Nagar located in Jaipur. Anyone who wants to register can get registered online. 2668 multi-stores houses to be built under these four schemes will be given to only those persons who are economically weak income group or low income group under Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana. Apart from this, the residences in the studio apartments located in Pratap Nagar have been constructed on the basis of self-financed scheme.

Housing will be given at very affordable rates: Under the Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana, houses will be built in two projects in Sector 8 and Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar. In Sector 26, 726 houses will be built for the people with economically weaker income group and its cost has been kept only ₹ 765000. Apart from this, 620 houses will be built for the people of low income group, whose cost has been kept only ₹ 1110000.

Apart from this, 130 houses will also be built in Sector 8 of Pratap Nagar, which will be given to people with economically weaker income group. Their cost will be only ₹ 711000 and 114 houses will be built for the people of low income group which will cost ₹ 1111000. Apart from this, 808 houses will be built in Bhiwadi and Aravali Vihar under Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojna and out of these 536 houses will be given to the people from economically weaker income group and 272 houses will be given to the people of low income group.

270 Houses to be Built in Coaching Hub:

270 multi-stores studio apartments will be built in the coaching hub located in Pratap Nagar and the total cost of these studio apartments has been kept at ₹ 897000. By the way, a coaching hub with a capacity of 7 to 70000 students is already being built in Pratap Nagar, and its work will be completed by 2022.
